Beta-Alanine

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid naturally produced by the body, but may also be obtained from food such as meat, fish and poultry (especially chicken breast).
This amino acid is a natural precursor of carnosine, a substance formed in muscle tissue, and it plays an important role in muscle performance.
